The Michinoku Coastal Trail (MCT) is a long trail stretching approximately 1000 km along the Pacific coast from Hachinohe City in Aomori Prefecture to Soma City in Fukushima Prefecture.
Within this trail, the Ōtsuchi Route covers about 23 km from the summit of Kujirayama in the north to the easternmost part of the Komakura area in the south.
